WonderGrove Learn is a streaming experience and relies on the bandwidth provided by your internet service provider. Some content will require buffering to provide a smooth streaming experience (See Minimum Requirements). If you are unsure of your internet speed, you can test by going to www.speedtest.net (also a free app in iTunes and Android Play).

In order to enjoy the best WonderGrove Learn viewing experience, please review the following Recommended and Minimum Requirements:

Recommended PC/Mac Specifications:

  • CPU Dual Core Processor
  • RAM 2Gb or more
  • 2.5+ Mbps Broadband Internet Download Speed: If you are not sure about your download speed, you can test by going to www.speedtest.net (also a free app in iTunes and Android Play).
  • Windows 7, and 8 or Apple OS X 10.6+
  • Updated to the Latest Versions of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari
  • HTML5 Enabled or may require Adobe Flash Player update on some browsers

Troubleshooting

I’ve purchased but can’t see the Instructional Animations?

If you purchased for the first time an email will be sent to the email address you used during registration with your username and password (you may have to check your junk mail in the event the email was accidently redirected). After you receive this email simply return to http://www.wondergrovelearn.com/ click “login” located within the top navigation bar and enter your information.

Video Still Won’t Play?

If you’ve updated your browser, enabled HTML5 and or Flash, and are using at least the above minimum requirements, you might need to change some settings in your browser.

Here is how to fix one issue we found on slower computers with Chrome:

  1. Go into your browser settings or tools
  2. Click “Advanced Settings”
  3. Scroll down to “System”
  4. Uncheck the box which reads “Use hardware acceleration when available”.
  5. While in the browser settings, check that your system hasn’t been hijacked by an ad serving software or virus. If you’re search engine is not one you recognize, your system may have been hijacked by adware.
  6. Uninstall the adware (fake search engines) and reset your default search engine to the one you prefer to use.
  7. If all else fails, you can always have your computer checked out by a technician.
