TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to WonderGrovekids.com. We reserve the right to make changes to the WonderGrove Learn website, the Terms of Service, and our policies at any time. Your continued use of WonderGrovekids.com indicates your acceptance of any revised terms and policies.

Payment

All payments are due at the time of checkout. You will be enrolled in automatic billing at the time of checkout, but you can cancel this at any time. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the “My Account” link.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says “Cancel Subscription?” and enter “yes” in the field.
  4. Click “Update Profile”

You will have access to all WonderGrove content until the last day in your current billing period.

Upgrading Your Account

You can also upgrade your subscription at any time and it will be prorated according to Stripe’s subscription terms. To upgrade your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the “My Account” link.
  3. Click on the “Upgrade Subscription” tab.
  4. Select the options you would like to upgrade to.
  5. Enter your billing information.
  6. Click the “Subscribe” button.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, but we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer prorated refunds. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel up until payment has been processed. Once payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. To cancel your account, simply follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the “My Account” link.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says “Cancel Subscription?” and enter “yes” in the field.
  4. Click “Update Profile”

You will have access to all WonderGrove content until the last day in your current billing period.

User Accounts

You must register to access certain content on our website. WonderGrove Learn reserves the right to decide which content requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You can change your password at any time by following these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the “My Account” link.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says “New Password”.
  4. Type in your new password.
  5. Enter in the password a second time to confirm it.
  6. Click on “Update Profile.”
